  • Quando o elevador estiver em manutenção, as chaves de energia elétrica devem ser desligadas e o local em manutenção deve ser sinalizado para informar moradores e funcionários.
  • Pesquisas mostram que é no dia da manutenção que ocorre a maior incidência de acidentes e todo o cuidado é pouco, principalmente com a troca de horário de funcionários, placas de sinalização devem ser colocadas na garagem e no térreo, avisos devem ser afixado nas portas dos elevadores.
